why do you have a job?

spa week is coming to DC April 13-19. i'm late and was trying to make appts: FAIL. but do you know something even more failtastic about my experience? i called the elizabeth arden red door spa at pentagon row and your cousin, Danielle, answered the phone like this:

"hahaha"..."hello, haha"...thank you for chosing Red Door...*giggle* "this is Danielle"...

i really should have been like "WHY DO YOU HAVE A JOB?" and hung up. instead i inquired about their Spa Week availability and was told they were only offering single process coloring. not according to spaweek.com but whatever....

no success at any place i called. that's what i get for being late. next year.
